Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. GW Mobile is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. GW Mobile has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

GW Mobile is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gwmobilept@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Delays & Exceptions

GW Mobile is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or backlogs
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Public holidays

Returns & Exchanges
